Annual Recital
Our annual recital date is Saturday, June 19, 2010.    The annual recital will be held at Holmdel High School.  The showtimes are 10, 1, 4 & 7:30.  Dress Rehearsal dates are June 16, 17 & 18th to be held at Holmdel High School.  If your family has more than one child registered or if your child is in multiple classes you will be in 2 different show times and likely two dress rehearsal dates.  We do our very best to accommodate all Academy families.

Picture Day
Picture day is Sunday May 16th.  Your class picture time will be posted at the Academy in late April.  Individual and class pictures will be taken at the same time.  Sibling pictures may also be taken at this time.  Please have your child arrive on time, in costume, with alterations complete.  This will help things run more smoothly.  If your child has pants with their costume please have them altered to above the heel of their dance shoe.  All ballet shoe ties are to be tucked in their slipper.  All tap and jazz shoes are to be caramel color, unless specified.  All dance shoes should be clean and free of stickers and dirt.  Hair may be worn to your preference.

Ticket Sales
Ticket Sales will begin Monday May 17th.  Ticket sales will be done in the form of a lottery system.  You will be assigned a number that corresponds with a lottery ticket.  Tickets will be pulled (lottery style) to determine the day and time you may come to purchase show tickets at the Academy.  Your name and corresponding number will be available at the front desk upon returning from Spring Break. You will also be notified by mail of the day and time in which you may come to purchase your recital tickets.  You may come during this designated time only; not before.   If you are not available at your designated time, you may come anytime after to purchase your tickets. Or you may leave an envelope with your ticket request with the front desk.  Every Academy student will be allotted a certain number of tickets available for purchase (to be announced).  Any and all available tickets will be sold on a first come first serve basis after the lottery is finished.  Tickets are priced at $18.00 each.  Please note that any audience member 18 months or older is required to have his/her own seat according to standard fire code.  We have limited wheelchair accessibility tickets.
